Server Rules

By using our servers, you agree to the following rules for a better gaming experience.

1. Basic Rules

Due to numerous and ongoing violations of clauses 4.3 and 4.4, we reserve the right to completely nullify all your accounts.

1.1 · Ignorance of the rules does not exempt one from responsibility.

1.2 · By starting to play on the server, you confirm your agreement with the rules.

1.3 · The administrator has the right to punish for reasons not specified in the rules.

1.4 · The administration is not responsible for the inability of an individual/group to play.

1.5 · The administration is not responsible for the loss of valuables due to server failures.

1.6 · The administration does not guarantee the server's functionality and the safety of information.

1.7 · The administration is not liable for damages caused by service failures.

2.1 · No spam, flood, or excessive caps lock.

2.2 · No offensive language, insults, or slurs toward other players or staff.

2.3 · No advertising other servers, Discord invites, or third-party services.

2.4 · No discussion of politics, religion, or other divisive topics.

2.5 · English and Russian are the preferred chat languages.

3.1 · One account per player. Multi-accounting is prohibited.

3.2 · You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.

3.3 · Account sharing is strongly discouraged; the administration is not responsible for stolen items.

3.4 · Usernames must not contain offensive, obscene, or misleading content.

Exploiting game mechanics to duplicate items or gain unfair advantages will result in a permanent ban.

4.1 · Griefing and unauthorized destruction of other players' builds is prohibited.

4.2 · Stealing from claimed regions is prohibited.

4.3 · Use of duplication exploits is strictly forbidden.

4.4 · Use of automated farms that lag the server is prohibited.

4.5 · Traps that deliberately kill new players near spawn are forbidden.

All players may be required to submit a screen share check upon request from staff.

5.1 · The use of cheats, hacked clients, or unauthorized mods is prohibited.

5.2 · Refusal to screen share when asked is treated as an admission of cheating.

5.3 · Allowed client modifications are limited to those listed on the server's official resource page.

6.1 · All purchases on the server are final and non-refundable.

6.2 · Chargebacks result in a permanent account ban.

6.3 · The administration reserves the right to modify or remove paid features at any time.

7.1 · Donators are subject to the same rules as all other players.

7.2 · Privileges granted by donation do not exempt a player from punishment.

7.3 · Abuse of donator privileges will result in their revocation without refund.
